Mechanic V5B45 is a lead-free solder paste, specially designed for precise soldering of SMD and BGA components. This low-temperature paste
melts at just 138 degrees C, making it ideal for delicate interventions on motherboards of phones, laptops, SMT devices, and other electronic equipment.
Its advanced formula ensures excellent viscosity, without air bubbles or tin balls, allowing for a uniform and safe application. Thanks to the content of
